About Kūkai Ramen

Kūkai Ramen is a small, ten-seat, walk-in-only ramen shop on Amagerbrogade. Founder Hisashi, from Saga/Fukuoka, presents Kyushu-style ramen with thin noodles and slow-simmered tonkotsu broth, alongside house-made vegan shoyu and vegan tan-tan men. The menu also lists pork and vegan gyoza, chashu rice bowl and chicken nanban karaage.
