Red Basilica, also known as Kızıl Avlu, is a monumental ancient site in Bergama, İzmir. Its striking red-brick structure stands in the İslamsaray area and gives the place its familiar English name. The building is associated with the ancient city of Pergamon and is one of Bergama’s most distinctive surviving landmarks. The official visitor record currently marks the site as closed from 24 January 2025 until surrounding-landscaping works are completed.
