About Green Rhino

Green Rhino is a new Roma Norte bakery from Richard Hart, centered on sourdough, European-style pastries, coffee and an open view of the baking process. The Tonalá 121 shop opened in June 2025 as Hart’s first location outside Europe, with bread and pastries produced on site.
