Ski Dubai is situated inside Mall of the Emirates, accessible via Sheikh Zayed Road. The Dubai Metro Red Line serves Mall of the Emirates station, with a pedestrian connection to the mall. Multiple bus routes also serve the area. Taxis and ride-hailing services provide direct access. Ski Dubai is on the ground floor of Mall of the Emirates, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Barsha 1.
