Arcano is a historic restaurant in Barcelona’s Born district, set in a restored former 17th-century stable. Its cuisine draws on Mediterranean culinary heritage and old recipe-book ingredients, including almonds, aromatic herbs, aged wines, and sweet-and-sour contrasts. The menu lists appetizers, starters, salads, seafood, meat dishes, premium cuts, and desserts. Current examples include crystal bread with tomato, seafood ham, Catalan cheeses, eggplant in textures, octopus with chimichurri, tuna tartare, cod in two cookings, tuna tataki, Iberian pork shoulder, French rack of lamb, Argentine prime beef entrecote, cheesecake cannoli, and honey and mató. The operator states that Arcano has offered its gastronomic experience since 2012. Published hours are Monday to Sunday with differing service times, including evening-only service Tuesday through Thursday and uninterrupted cooking. The official menu shows à la carte prices from €4.50 to €37.50; premium-meat side dishes are sold separately.
