Roru Baru is a Tokyo-inspired Japanese hand-roll bar in Wan Chai. Its made-to-order temaki use warm rice, crisp Japanese nori and seafood, with flavours influenced by Hong Kong, Sichuan cuisine and the team’s travels. The counter serves rolls, small plates, drinks and sake in a casual format.
