About Thipsamai

Thipsamai, locally known as Pad Thai Pratu Phi (ผัดไทยประตูผี, “Ghost Gate Pad Thai”), is a long-established Bangkok specialist founded in 1966. Its Pratoopee branch serves charcoal-cooked rice-noodle Pad Thai, including egg-wrapped versions with shrimp oil and fresh deep-sea prawns, plus Pad Thai Song-Krueng with crab, squid, and mango. The operator also lists vegetarian and noodle-free variations.
