Season and crowds

Public tours operate daily, year-round, departing at the top of each hour. April 1–October 31: 09:00–17:00; on game days, the final tour departs three hours before game time. November 1–March 31: 10:00–17:00. There are no regular weekly closure days. Tours operate in rain, snow, and sunshine. Ballpark access and views may be altered during concert setup, performances, and breakdown. Go when a current official game, tour or event listing confirms that the type of visit you want is available. Fenway Park's opening arrangement is event dependent; a ballpark should not be treated as a public park with dependable all-day access. Tickets

The standard 60-minute public tour costs US$30 per adult. Children aged 3–12 and military visitors pay US$21; children under 3 enter free. Games and tours are separately managed products. Getting there

Fenway Park is at 4 Jersey Street, Boston, MA 02215. The Red Sox recommend MBTA public transport. Green Line B, C, or D trains serve Kenmore; from the station, follow signs toward Fenway Park, then walk via Commonwealth Avenue and Brookline Avenue. Worcester Line commuter trains serve Lansdowne, directly across from the ballpark. Kenmore, Fenway, and Lansdowne stations are accessible. Public tours depart from the official Team Store at 19 Jersey Street, opposite Gate A. Fenway Park sits in Boston's Fenway area. Plan the final approach with the official MBTA trip planner or the event instructions attached to the confirmed ticket, especially when another event is ending nearby. Follow the current entrance directions rather than navigating only to the stadium centre point. Build in time for queues, street crossings and a slower departure after a game.

What to watch out for

All Fenway Park tours and all five entry gates are accessible. Elevators are available at Gates B, D, and E; Gate D also has a wide ramp serving every level. Accessible restrooms serve all accessible seating areas, and a universal changing table is available in the Big Concourse family restroom. Mobility Assistance Team members can provide wheelchair escorts, although venue wheelchairs are for transport rather than continuous use.
