Academy Park, also called Akademski Park, Studentski Park and Univerzitetski Park, is a compact historic green space on Studentski trg in Belgrade’s old city centre. It lies between Vasina Ulica and the square, giving the park a defined urban setting rather than a broad suburban landscape. Covering approximately 1.4 hectares, it brings mature planting, named monuments and traces of older city history together within a central garden. Its small scale makes it easy to add to a walking route, while its academic associations distinguish it from an ordinary city square.
